–Get regular exercise. Exercise improves your circulation so whether you mix it up with a brisk walk and a few Down Dogs or schedule a regular kick boxing class, you need to get exercise at least 30 minutes a day. The bonus? It’ll help keep your waistline in shape too.
–Keep your skin clean. It might sound self-evident, but your skin’s not going to glow if it’s covered in grime. Many times, you can’t see the pollutants layering your face so it’s important to wash the dirt and make up off at the end of the day. This is where the cleansing face pack can help too. It’ll route out any lingering grime and send it down the sink.
Don’t use alcohol based cleansers and toners. They strip your skin of essential oils. One of my favorite ingredients is Manuka Honey. It’s a special type of honey from New Zealand and has powerful healing properties for your skin.
–Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. You’ve heard it a 100 times but what you eat really does show through in your skin. Load up on the blueberries and other antioxidant rich fruits to slow aging and help keep your body healthy.
